David Allen is a lifelong resident of Lexington and Graduate of the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business. David has a vast understanding of the complex Central Kentucky real estate market as a licensed commercial real estate appraiser and agent. He has participated and practiced specifically as a commercial real estate appraiser for the past eleven years.
